Order Processing

1. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

1. We currently ship across India through trusted partners: Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Xpressbees.
2. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

1. Flat Rate Shipping: ₹59 for orders below ₹499.
2. Free Shipping: Available on all orders ₹499 and above.

Order Tracking - Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

Delays

1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural disruptions, strikes, or delivery to remote locations.
2. RoarUp Coffee is not liable for such delays once the order is dispatched.

International Shipping - At present, RoarUp Coffee ships only within India.
